2. How often should my dog walk with you?
We have a minimum of 2 walks per week to build consistency, trust, and optimal health results for your pup!
3. What if my dog doesn’t like other dogs?
No problem! We offer private solo walks for pups who prefer their own space. We always match services to your dog’s temperament.
4. Where do the walks or hikes take place?
Our routes include local neighborhoods, parks, trails, and dog-friendly areas around where you live!
5. How do I get started?
Step 1: Fill out our intake form. Step 2: Schedule a free meet-and-greet. Step 3: We'll build a custom plan that works for you and your dog.
6. How do I request a walk or service?
Once you're onboarded, you can request services via the Time to Pet portal.
7. What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask that changes from your continuous walk week get requested through the portal for the week ahead by Saturday evening to avoid a fee.
8. What happens in bad weather?
We still walk in rain, snow, or cold — as long as it’s safe. We adjust routes or shorten walks when needed to protect your pup's comfort.
9. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes — we’re fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
10. Do you send photos or updates?
Absolutely! You’ll get photo updates and a brief summary after every walk so you always know how your dog did.
